We started off an Italy trip at Borgo Pignano. It was the place dreams are made of. The views, the service, the food, the additional activities- they can’t be beat. Gigi was there to greet us and to see us off. He was so hospitable and made sure we were taken care of. All the food that is grown and harvested on the property, and then served at the restaurant, was inspirational! Would recommend a stay here without any hesitation!

My wife and I spent a few days at Borgo Pignano for our honeymoon and would have spent our entire trip here if we could. Gigi and the rest of the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and provided the type of service that’s very rare to find in the hospitality industry these days.
The resort itself has everything you could ask for in a Tuscan countryside retreat. Great food, wine, accommodations and lots of memories.

We did a 14 day honeymoon around Italy and this was hands down the best hotel that we stayed at. From the minute we arrived, the staff was so kind and welcoming. They upgraded our room for our honeymoon and it was so beautiful! They wrote us a hand written note with strawberries and cake in our room when we arrived. We did the wine tasting and loved our experience with Lorenzo. He was so friendly and knowledgeable.
The property is stunning and every meal that we had here was such great and organic food! We loved the Michelin restaurant. This was one of the only resorts that we actually felt was calming and peaceful.
I can't recommend this place enough and wish we had spent longer here. We also loved the manager that we met - thanks again!
World class resort. The staff leads with a family type of hospitality. Gigi is famous in these reviews and I understand why. He is so kind and welcoming. The General manager is extremely professional and accommodating. Claudia the bartender on the court yard makes fantastic drinks.
